Our General Policy: All Sales Final

 

Due to the intimate nature of our Pleasure Essentials and Adorned Desires collections, and for reasons of hygiene and safety for all our customers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, with the sole exception of items that are verified to have a quality issue upon arrival or if an incorrect product was sent.

Exchanges
