1. Order Processing
Our dedicated team begins preparing your order promptly. This process, involving thorough quality checks, careful packaging, and handover to our trusted shipping partners, typically requires approximately 3 business days. Orders placed over a weekend will commence processing on the following Monday.
2. Estimated Delivery & Shipping Fees
Once dispatched, your package is estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days. We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD for worldwide delivery, ensuring a consistent cost regardless of your location.
3. Understanding Potential Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or carrier operational adjustments may occasionally cause delays. We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience should such situations arise.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number as soon as your order departs our facility. This number allows you to monitor your package's journey directly via:

5. Receiving Partial Orders
Should your order include multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages from different warehouse locations. This approach is taken to expedite the delivery of each item. You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails, each with a unique tracking number, for every package sent.
6. Requesting Order Changes
Changes to your order, including shipping information (address, phone number) or product details (size, color, quantity), are extremely time-sensitive. Please contact our support team immediately, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order, at support@kindintimacy.com. Kindly provide:

While our team moves quickly to prepare shipments, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered the processing phase. However, we will always endeavor to assist you to the best of our ability.
7. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification and hold your package at a local post office or depot. Your first action should be to contact your local delivery provider directly using your tracking number. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. (Please note: Kind Intimacy cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to retrieve the package from the courier.)
8. Extended Shipping Times
If your package appears to be taking longer than anticipated, please follow these two steps:

Review Your Tracking: Check the date of the last update. If an update has occurred within the last 7 days, your package is typically progressing normally.

Contact Us When Needed: If there have been no new tracking updates for more than 7 days, please contact our support team at support@kindintimacy.com with your order number (e.g., 071SHOP-1128) and order email. We will then escalate the inquiry with the shipping carrier.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the concern regarding a potentially lost package. Upon notification of such an issue, we will collaborate directly with the shipping company to ascertain the package's status.

Lost in Transit: If our investigation confirms that your package is officially lost during its transit, we will gladly arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you at no additional charge.

"Delivered" Packages: Our policy regrettably does not cover packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking confirms a successful delivery to your specified address. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we respectfully recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or building management as a first measure.
10. Shipping Origins & Destinations
Destinations: Kind Intimacy facilitates shipping globally. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver to your specific country, we will inform you immediately upon order placement. Origin: We operate primary facilities in the United States, Canada, and the EU. To optimize product access and pricing, we also collaborate with premier manufacturers and may dispatch your order directly from their production facilities.

By placing an order with Kind Intimacy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Shipping Timeframes: All quoted shipping times are estimates and do not constitute guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our direct control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be levied by your country's authorities. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Kind Intimacy is not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivered Packages: Our responsibility for an order concludes once the tracking status indicates successful delivery. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after this confirmed delivery.
